July the 1st, 2025 – The installation of super fast electric car chargers in 30 locations across Croatia and Slovenia has now begun.
As Poslovni Dnevnik writes, Eleport, a provider of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, has entered into a strategic partnership with the Supernova Group. As part of that wider project, almost 200 super fast electric car chargers with a power of up to 400 kilowatts will be installed at 30 locations across both Croatia and Slovenia.
During the first phase of these extensive works, in June and July this year, 17 super fast electric car chargers will be installed in the following shopping centres: Supernova Jastrebarsko, Supernova Garden Mall, Supernova Zadar, Supernova Šibenik and Branimir Mingle Mall in Croatia and Supernova Ljubljana Rudnik in Slovenia.
By the end of this year, this regional network of charging stations with 30 locations across Croatia and Slovenia will allow users to charge their vehicles while shopping at Supernova shopping centres. Eleport CEO Jakub Miler emphasised that Eleport is constructing powerful, reliable and super fast electric car chargers in multiple locations to ensure a simple and efficient electric vehicle charging experience for users.
“This partnership with Supernova is a crucial step in regard to our expansion across Central and Eastern Europe. It also allows us to bring the next generation of charging stations closer to even more users,” said Miler. Eleport otherwise promotes the much talked about green transition through long-term partnerships that foster innovation and expand access to electric mobility.
By establishing a network of these charging stations in retail environments across Croatia and Slovenia, such as those in partnership with the Supernova Group, the company raises the bar for quality and customer experience. Supernova Group CEO Markus Pinggera emphasised that this valuable partnership with Eleport is a logical continuation of their ongoing commitment to sustainability and investments in green technologies.
